We are a South Tyrolean film production company consisting of seven creatives that share one defining quality: our passion for filmmaking. It lets us understand the crazy in you, bring out the creative in you, flirt with your romantic side and join in in all your endeavors. Always with the necessary attention to detail, of course. Because bold ideas need perfect execution.
We leave no space for hierarchies. Instead, we form a circle of KiwiKreators!
Working under one boss didn’t sit quite right with us.
That’s why we decided to kill him and be all bosses instead.
(Just kidding, no bosses were harmed during the making of this decision!)
Without them we don’t work as well.
Without them we don’t live as well.
That is why we cherish our values every day!
Freedom at work means office parties all day long!
Not quite … but it means that we can follow our interests and incorporate them in our projects.
(Although the occasional party is not out of the question!)

By dividing executive decision making we pull all a bit of the weight.
And are all on the same eye level.
We love what we do. Which is capturing moments, conveying feelings, creating emotions – telling stories. Being able to do those things means being able to experience them. That’s why we strongly believe in life over work instead of work over life.
